Our hours of business are 8am-4.30pm Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Shipping occurs the day following the processing of your order.
Changing/Cancelling Orders - to change an order please email us at email@example.com. If your order has not already been processed and shipped, we will make the requested adjustments. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any adjustments.
All Youngstown gloves are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care & maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
While every Youngstown glove is built tough, there are certain conditions, such as exposure to flame, abrasive substances and corrosive materials, that even these high performance work gloves are not suitable for use with. Therefore it is important that the correct glove is chosen, with the suitable attributes for the work involved.
We stand behind our gloves 100%. Therefore, if your Youngstown gloves have not performed as you would expect, please let us know accordingly.
In these cases please:
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you want to return your gloves.
2) We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and address details for the glove return.
3) The RA# must be written in plain sight on the outside of the box – keep track of this as it is how we keep track of your item. Please note : If the returned gloves do not have an RA #, we will not accept the return.
4) Please include a note detailing the issue with the gloves.
Please note that turn around time can be up to 2 weeks but we try to move things along faster than this.
We can only offer refunds for gloves purchased directly from www.youngstown.co.nz
To receive a refund, the gloves must be unused and attached to its original hang card packaging. If you would like a refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you.
If you have purchased from one of our Authorized Youngstown Glove Co. stockists please contact them directly for their refund policy. Should you have difficulties with your supplier, please contact us so that we can assist in the process.
Shipping Process & Rates
Gloves will be shipped within two business days of order receipt and payment confirmation.
Delivery will be within New Zealand only by track & tace courier. Delivery not available to PO Box addresses.
New Zealand wide shipping rates are as follows;
1-2 pair of gloves - $9.95 per shipment ($14.95 for Rural Delivery)
3 or more pair of gloves - $15.00 per shipment ($22.54 for Rural Delivery)
